  • Can I Pay Online By Credit Card?

    Yes, for most of our trips, you can fully pay for the trip cost with a credit card. 


    However, a cash payment is required for some trips, such as our day trips. The remaining balance is due cash upon arrival at the port on the day of your journey. 



    On most of our trips, you will be presented with the option, if it's available, of how you would like to pay your remaining balance.

  • Do You Offer Discounts?

    If you are a group of 5 or more people, please contact us via chat or email at support@seasanblas.com We're will see if at that moment with have any promotional offers for your group availbale.

  • Would It Be Possible To Reschedule My Trip?

    Yes, absolutely! You can always contact us to reschedule your trip at no additional cost. 


    However, beware that you must contact us at least 2 days before your first initial trip date.

  • Is There A Penalty Fee For Changing My Trip Dates?

    No, there is no penalty fee for changing your trip date as long as it's not the morning of your trip or after business hours the day before. To avoid penalties make any and all changes to your reservation at less 24 hours or more before your trip date. 

  • Are The Prices In USD?

    Yes all prices are in USD. 

  • Do I Use The Balboa or USD In Panama?

    The US Dollar is used everywhere in Panama and is the native currency for payments and purchases. 

  • Is There A Surcharge For Paying By Credit Card?

    No, there is no surcharge for paying online with a credit card.

  • Do You Accept Paypal As A Payment Option?

    No, we do not accept PayPal as a payment option. 


    We accept all major credit card and debit cards.

  • Do You Have An Office Where We Can Pay By Cash Or Card?

    Yes, we have an office, but it's for employees only. You can not pay or transact at our office. All booking reservations must be made online and paid online.

  • Can We Pay With Cash Or Credit Card At Pickup?

    No you can not pay by card during pickup. All credit card payments are processing several days before your trip date. 


    Trips that require a cash payment will be paid at the port once you arrive the morning of your trip.
